Treasurer’s report
- Still waiting on reimbursement from CG regarding website costs, Oct committee meeting, and Careers Seminar (totalling $779.97)
- LE to prepare invoice for RC costs to CG soon
- Due to the concerted efforts of certain committee members, not only did the Regional Conference come in hundreds of dollars under budget, but happily CG and CLAIR delegate costs can be absorbed as well (excluding accommodation)
- Total spend on RC: $6,857.22. Eventual agreed budget: $7,518.00
- LE to reimburse Matsuyama san the $75 cash she paid him at the RC
- No more costs to claim from CLAIR so LE will finalise year’s receipts soon to claim remaining 20% of budgeted costs.
