New Business

• JETAA Activities Report – N.R to fill out after each event
• JETAAWA T-shirts for new members
• Business Cards 2010 – completed and distributed
• Newsletter release in 2^nd quarter(July, aug) targeted at returnees

Treasurers Report

• Website maintenance allowance $150 per quarter
  • – $100 voted for web storage media
• After money oweing, approx $1000 to be distributed amongst events/new events in 2010 / 2011

2010 JET Leavers

• 16^th July Pre-departure reception at CG’s house 6-8pm
• 18^th June Leavers info session at CG 5-7:30pm J.L, L.E, D.M

Winter Matsuri

• 20^th June $20 tickets RSVP’s to E.W

2010 Jet Leavers Farewell

• 9^th July, proposed venue Jun Restaurant, N.J
• Same format as last year

• 19^th-21^st November 2010
• 18^th Kaiwa for early arrivals
• 19^th unofficial welcome dinner
• 20^th Intro/ presentations. Evening possibly reception at CG’s house
• 21^st Seminar and wrap up BBQ

“GIVING BACK” is the theme for 2010

Members still to work on getting a guest speaker.

Accomodation at Esplanade hotel Fremantle deposit paid.

• Involvement in external Japan related communities.
